Did you enter your personal telephone number? Please enter the LOCATION telephone number located on your receipt or invitation card, with no spaces, dashes, or letters. Please do not enter the 0800 number. Example: 01999888777

Did you add a space? Please remove any spaces from your entry. Refer back to your receipt or invitation card and enter ONLY numeric values without spaces.

Did you enter a letter? Please remove any letters of the alphabet from your entry. Refer back to your receipt or invitation card and enter ONLY numeric values.

Did you enter a character? Please remove any special characters from your entry (example. # sign, comma, dash, colon). Please refer back to your receipt or invitation card and enter ONLY numeric values.

Did you enter a Pound (£) Sign? If you are entering a total amount, please remove the pound sign. Please refer back to your receipt and enter ONLY the pounds, followed by the pence. Example: 12.99

Did you enter a valid Date? The date boxes will not accept any date in the future. Please verify that you are selecting either today’s date, or a date from the recent past. Please refer back to your receipt or invitation card for the date you visited, and select the Day, Month, and Year from the drop-down menu.

Did you enter a valid Time? Please verify that you have entered the hour of visit in the first box, and the minute of visit in the second box, or have selected them from the drop-down menu (if applicable). Please do not enter any letters, special characters (colons, commas, periods, #, etc), or spaces. Please refer back to your receipt or invitation card and either enter or select ONLY numeric values.

I did everything you said and I still can’t enter! Once all the boxes are filled in, please do not press the “Enter” key on your keyboard, as it will not allow you to gain entry into the survey. You must click the “Enter” or “Continue” button on the survey entry page.
